Wasn't feeling the semi-gloss powder coated black that came with the vents so I sanded and repainted to match the body.

Took it autocrossing for the first time since the upgrades. Huge difference. One of the faster cars of the day.

First I cleaned and wet sanded. Then I used two light coats of adhesion promoter. Used two coats of the duplicolor sandable primer in black. Then after the primer is dry do a coat of adhesion promoter. Then 4 coats of duplicolor universal gloss black paint. Let dry. Then 3 coats of the duplicolor acrylic lacquer clear coat (blue can with car, motorcycle, house, helmet on can). Took a out a day to do. Install the next day after everything sits for 24 hours

Installed a new door check on the driver side. Man what a difference. Also decided to remove the wrap on the hood and wing. Doesn't look like it's in a primer stage anymore and makes it way more aggressive.

Installed the Shrader rear seat delete. Fairly easy. Pretty much 22 pounds of weight off.

Cloth bench: 17.9lb
Cloth Back: 11.3lb
Rear seatbelts (all pieces): 4.5lb

Total: 33.7lb

Shrader: 11.5lb

Difference: 22.2lb

Got my hands on practically new SS Brembo 4-Piston calipers, SS front rotors, SS dust shields and the SS stock brembo pads. Local guy was selling for cheap. Waiting on my Goodridge braided stainless steel front lines then getting it all installed. Switching from DOT 4 to the Motul 5.1 since it is a daily driven.

Goodridge front stainless steel braided lines came in. Painted the calipers yellow to match what's currently on. Brembo stickers should be here in a few days. Install next Thursday (6/1). Then new fluid flush and 0W-40 oil (6/6)

4 piston Brembos, braided steel lines, Motul 5.1 fluid.... All I can say is wow.

And for those interested in doing the same on your 2.0/3.6, all you need is the brembo calipers (caliper bolts are the same as the single piston stock calipers), a set of the 13.6" rotors, and likely new SS brake lines or a set of the stainless steel lines (I ordered mine for $75 from ZZP). Overall cost was a little under $700 including the Motul brake fluid and install with flush
