Not very surprised at the amount of people complimenting me on the car and wanting to take pictures of it. I don't blame them... I mean, just look at it....

Yes, Most people around here haven't see an anniversary car so I get questions all the time as to what it is.

On my way home from work on Friday, while driving with the top down, I saw a gentleman in a 68 Camaro stopped at the light on the street onto which I was turning left. I waved a "hang loose" sign at him. He daid something to me as I drove past him, but I couldn't hear what he said because of the sound of my NPP exhaust and my music. LOL

I've only had mine for 2 weeks, and I've had several guys in newer or old camaros wave at me, ask me questions about my car. I had a guy at McDonald's tell me it must be my father's car I'm assuming bc I'm only 23 but I look younger than that. Then I had another guy ask me how a guy my age can afford a brand new2017 SS camaro. From hard work I said! It's all really flattering, I enjoy it

I get into conversations with people every other day and we talk about our cars, one day it might be mustang owners, challenger owners, 5th gen Camaro owners, doesn't matter. It's a very rewarding feeling to be able to discuss my passion for this car with other car owners who love their car......

My Summit White 16 1LT 'vert stops traffic. Literally. If I'm raising or lowering the roof people will slam on the brakes to watch. Interestingly, people will ask me what it is, then argue that it ISN'T a Camaro!

Even though I am very new to the car I've had my share of compliments. Because I'm breaking it in and I'm trying to put on miles, and it was easy to talk my wife into going to a B&B in Lancaster Amish country, I booked a room out there.

My favorite head turning moment was at a light out there when my wife said "look at those kids!"

A group of about 10 Amish boys (12 to 13 years old?) had stopped dead in their tracks in the crosswalk to stare at the car. I felt bad about tempting them with worldly goods. I gave it a little rev...

I get more comments on my 1LE than I did on the C7...

Funny the age difference of said commenters though (not an insult to either group, but the younger folks certainly appreciate the Camaro more haha)

Just Today, I was headed for lunch, and stuck at a light when this Yukon rolled up beside me, and all I could see where 4 kids faces plastered to the glass. Pointing at it absolutely going bonkers over it, made me start laughing, which made them go even more nuts. My head must have 4 foot around by the time that light changed!!

I've not had mine too long but I do get looks. Took a small drive today and got some looks, one guy mowing his yard on his mower was staring hard and a few other people I could tell were looking at it when I passed by, as in taking their eyes off the road and all that. I had a small kid in a minivan today wave at me like crazy, I guess he though I was a transformer hahaaa.

On other occasions I had a guy in a C7 Vette looking at my car (and I his!) and I rolled my window down when I was beside another guy in a Gen6 at the stoplight and told him I liked his car. I always try to wave at other Camaro owners but most seem oblivious. I've had several staring down my car at gas stations especially after I start it up.

Where I work there's several guys who have newer Mustang GT's. One I know so I was out looking at his car (2016 GT) and he was checking out mine. Side by side the Gen6 Camaro looks, to me, quite a bit better than the Mustangs do. There are some good angles on it but overall it doesn't look nearly as aggressive as the new Camaros.

Love my car, so fun to drive.
