For the prices they charged for the ZL1 and even the Z/28 (I know, less is more) that are well into Vette territory, they should upgrade the interior specific to that model. GM got ripped pretty hard for only offering a base interior in the C6 ZR1 and ZO6 considering the prices they charges but learned their lesson for the C7. I have to believe we'll see some of this applied to the new Camaro even to a lesser extent [crossing fingers].

Well remember the ZR1 got a leather wrapped IP and Doors........a $4,000 option. Didn't help.

Don't look for much other than materials upgrades. Drives a butt load of added testing.

A great interior starts with packaging and ergonomics. Let's hope they got that right.

But Im no interior decorator.

I would prefer if they went C7 style and gave it a driver oriented design.
The C7's interior makes me….on second thought, I probably can't say on here. I'll just say it makes me VVette. Ha! Get it?? Anybody….no?

Anyway, I really like the driver-oriented theme they did. And from the 1 spy shot that kinda sees inside the 6th gen, it doesn't look like we are going to get that. I understand how cost cutting means that we will get shared themes from other Chevy models. A Camaro-unique interior would be very nice, however.

I feel confident we will get more "driver oriented" setup like the C7. The Malibu is meant as a family sedan, so having a screen the passenger can access makes more sense. Will it look like the C7, probably not but I bet we will see a little bit influence from the C7 interior.

More power to you BowtieV8!

Oooooooooh I hope so! I don't want anybody's hands messin around with my car while I'm driving! It would be AMAZING if they made the interior closer to the C7 rather than the Malibu or Volt.

And thanks!

I sure hope they do....I test drove a Challenger for the off chance that GM screws up the interior by making it NOT driver-oriented.

Or makes it the technological equivalent of a rock.
