The ZL1 is a good handling car but it's more of a heavy street bruiser compared to something like a GT4.

I meant from the standpoint that you can't really use the ZL1 to it's potential on most streets any more than you can a GT4 Cayman.

Thanks! I bought it because of the relatively rare color (for a 70 FB anyways) thinking I’d do a restoration, but decided to do a something different with this one. Will still be Pontiac powered, aluminum 535ci, but modernized elsewhere.
Did you have your Boss restored here in AZ? I ask because my paint and body guy is retiring, and i need to find someone good. I have to finish this one and a couple others. |

know of anybody here in Arizona that would do the job your looking for. But I am sure there is. A lot of nice cars around here. Good luck, you have one mean Pontiac. |

I the realm of something I could afford I wouldn't mind a Challenger M6 widebody for grocery shopping.

If I had an extra $93,000, I would spec a Challenger Hellcat Redeye. Really nice car.

For the price of a hellcat (give or take), I’ll take the Lotus Evora Gt. Not as many groceries, but she’ll corner better

I don't really need to be in the low 10's to go get the milk so the R/T widebody with a Tremec M6, 485 HP 475 FT/LBS could suffice given it's a pretty straight shot to the shopping center with not many curves. Also around 50K and a 16.5 cubic/feet trunk...this could actually be saleable to my wife

...and somewhat surprisingly, Savagegeese is now fawning over a GM product like never before, not even with the ZL1 1LE.
