did you re-use the factory clamp on the drivers side? You need to use the borla one. Start the car and put you hand close to that 1st joint on the drivers side (be careful not to burn yourself the pipe heats up fast) if you feel any air at all leaking it will cause that

Forgot to ask, how did your install go and how do you like the setup so far?

Install went smooth. Really love the sound. Also found the exhaust leak on drivers side right where you said it would be. Probably loosened up after a couple heat cycles. Thanks for the tips.

install went easy as pie. never got a code at all. I did try to use the factory clamp but it leaked so I cut it off and put the borla on and no leaks. Sounds awesome can't wait to get the headers on and the CAI and the whipple and ect lol

on a side note I went to get gas the other day and a guy was arguing with his girlfriend or wife about 10 feet be hind my car on how to use the pump and when I touched it off he jumped out of his skin. Both me and my wife got a laugh because we were looking in the mirror (we were some what concerned about the argument I was looking through the rear view and my wife through the passenger side mirror) my exhaust brought the argument to an end

How do you make this system work on A10 SS? I have a range disabler but as far as I know if afm valves are not installed it will throw a cel. I can't have it tuned out either because of warranty.

Is there a work around this?

There is a Borla X Pipe with the AFM vales...Not sure if that will help?

Borla 60610 has afm valves but it doesn't delete secondary cats. I read about EFI tuning afm valves delete modules but I can't find any link that works. It seems like their website is down.

Is there any other modules out there that achieves the same thing?

Borla 60609 bolts to primary cats/deletes secondary cats and has AFM valves. It's discontinued like the 60606 but you may be able to find someone out there who has one (eBay, WTB, etc.)
