Doesn’t the OEM ZL1 1LE wheels bolt on to SS 1LE without much of an issue?

FYI Apex is having an overstock sale right now.

Also are you guys using extended studs with the 5mm spacer set up?

Yes, especially since the backpad is a little thicker too.

Ok.

I am on the fence about this set up, im just not sure it makes sense for me who only makes 4 or 5 events a year. Tires arent really cheaper, RS4's cant be rotated left to right since they are directional, and the availability is spotty.

You can rotate RS4s as long as you never use them in the wet. I've done track days in the dry with them rolling backwards, no issues.

I am pondering this set up for G3Rs or perhaps G3s in 305/325/19...but unsure as of yet if i wanna forego running her stock and just keep working on a free driver mod...but more immediate pace is tempting me, damn it!

I have 19s in 10 and 11 inch wide otw. I'm planning on running the stock g3 since they make it in 305 , 325... most people run 305 sq tires. Why aren't more people running 325 in the rear

Most people that run 305 square are running a true square setup so they can rotate front to back to try an even out tire wear. My track tire wear seems to be the same front and rear so square may not help unless I can get a lot more camber via camber plates etc.

Apex is going to run their black Friday sale starting Nov 27. Of course the ones I want are never on sale.

I got the 19" Apex wheels I wanted on sale. Next step in performance here I come (G3Rs). If you don't want to fork out all the cash at once Paypal has a 6 month zero interest plan.

After a lot of research I came up with this parts list for using Apex 19x10.5 ET22 wheels for a 305 true square setup using the strut mod method and 5mm spacers. Any other idea or comments for parts needed? There may be other sources that are cheaper.

AUTOKAY TPMS (4 pack) 13598787 QTY 1 $56
(this is the cheap option, ACDelco parts are $45 each)
https://www.amazon.com/AUTOKAY-Press.../dp/B081F1JX26

ARP WHEEL STUDS KIT 100-7736 QTY 2 $54 each
https://www.amazon.com/ARP-100-7736-.../dp/B077YDZ1WK

5MM SPACERS $35
https://wildhammermotorsports.com/16...-2-wildhammer/

Gorilla black lug nuts 3/4 hex" 45148BC-20 $100
https://wildhammermotorsports.com/16...black-gorilla/

McGuard Black locks 24220 $32

Great parts list - thank you!!!
Are ARP studs required for all 4 corners? How many in a set? Also, i assume this Apex rim set is hub centric? Apex website says "direct fit" yet for some other sets they specifically mention Camaro specific hub centric fit.

The ARP studs are only for the front since that's where the spacer is going. They come 5 per box. No change to the rears other than the lug nuts, which I was going to get black ones anyway.

Apex decided not to make 19x10.5 ET22 wheels that are Camaro specific so you need to get the Apex hub centric rings when you buy the wheels. A pack of 4 is $10.

Awesome - thank you!
Re: lug nuts - description says open ended for extended nuts, so i assume that's what is required here and also to provide flexibility to mount stocker rims as well?
