Did you Paint the Inside of the Emblem of purchase new ones.

Thank you! I have like 15 more pieces to install still, lol... 1/3 or so from carbon addons and 2/3 or so from next-gen speed. All seem quite nice pieces! End up ordering a couple and then going.. well, hmmm.. that will look nice as well... oooo.. that will go nice also.. ooooo... And POOF... like 5 boxes of stuff show up LOL

I would like to do something similar for my front ZL1 grill emblem but in maybe matte black to go with my other matte black emblems.

Did my first maintenance wash after full ceramic coating and front PPF.

- Rinse with deionized water
- Apply Chemical Brothers PH neutral watermelon snow foam from foam cannon
- Use detail brush on emblems and panel gaps
- Use microfiber washing mitt and two bucket method as well as fresh coat of snow foam for contact wash
- Clean wheels with Chemical Brothers wheel cleaner
- Rinse with deionized water
- Dry off inside shaded garage with leaf blower

I really want the Nextgen Infotainment surround, but I’m curious how it will match the CAO passenger dash cover & other dash prices.

Here is the infotainment piece from next-gen and the large center console piece from carbonaddons... They seem super close, IMO. The infotainment piece is a hard type cf piece and the console piece is flexible like the other couple cf pieces from carbonaddons I had installed.

I plan to toss up some videos on these soon

They were supposedly delivered today so I’ll have to check them out when I get home.

Looking forward to the vid.

Update: The dash piece was a complete let down. It was broken where it wraps around the vent. I had zero expectation that it was a 2-piece overlay. I’ll be ordering a factory dash piece & having installed & hopefully CAO will provide some sort of resolution to the faulty part.

O wow, sorry to hear that! The piece itself was broken from shipping damage or something? :-/ I plan to keep my Alcantara front dash as I really like the Alcantara look.

I can only think it was a defect.

I had the factory dash in my ‘19 & grown accustom to it. I was hoping it would fill my familiarity & like for the piece. Alas this will not do the job.
