This is an old thread but I found some part numbers from a 2020 SS.

GM Genuine Parts Air Cleaner Outlet Duct GM Part #*84454249

Genuine GM Front Intake Air Duct Hole Plug 23342796

Have not ordered yet but the picture on the air cleaner outlet shows the plug in the tube. The firewall plug shows as discontinued but I found a couple places showing they have them. Would much rather just buy the outlet tube plug but I haven't seen that available.

May have missed it but my 2018 2SS 1LE does have the tube. About to delete it, without enough window down pulls you can really tell the sucking noise and it does not sound natural growing up around Small Blocks all my life.

My 2024 1SS came with tube. A K&N CAI comes with the parts to delete it.

Home Depot has a drawer full of plugs. I can't find the thread with the exact part but it was a fast and cheap way to plug the tube on my '19.
