As Urban Legend mentioned full combat mode on the ZLE A10 is right on.

@zjolsen - Compared to any stock vehicle I have driven, it is as hard as it gets. For me, the many other factors that put a smile in your face trump the harshness of the suspension. You may want to think about it hard if buying as dd and you have back issues.

Well. I'm highly considering trading my 2018 ZL1 1LE to get the 2019 ZL1 1LE A10. They are giving me $8000 off MSRP on the new one. It's almost too good to pass up. So far the trade is $51,000 with 8000 miles on it. That's estimate sight unseen. I really think it's worth $54k actual cash value. If I can get that for it, I might be giving my left foot a rest soon.

That sounds like a very good deal! What dealer on NC?

They only have one so until I get the deal ironed out, I can't give up my source... But I will after I get my deal.

I don't see how that is possible, unless they are undervaluing the trade on your ZLE and further reducing the price of the new one. My '19 ZLE I ordered with an A10 msrp's at 76800. The invoice is 73,400. There is currently $500 on the hood. So if your getting 8K off the MSRP, there is some shananigans going on somewhere. It simply is not there, unless they are paying you to take the car. There is about $1800 in hold back on the car. So even giving you every dollar they make on selling the car doesn't get you to 8K. If this is the only ZLE-A10 they have, I cant believe they would lose money selling it to you. I would say you would be best to proceed with caution, and keep your expectations in check. I am guessing they are going to break your heart if you get serious on it.

GM has money available to dealerships depending on the car in certain amounts to help move units. The dealership doesn't lose a dime. This is a big win for consumers. On left over 2018's I think there is as much as 15k. On 2019's not that much yet. 30 year Chevy dealership employee here.

There is only so much money to go around, are they going to dump five grand on this one deal, to sell the only A10 they have? I know there is money available to close deals, I just am surprised that they would use so much to close this one deal. Maybe it is for real, I just am very pessimistic this deal is for real.

I'm not sure if this is the same place, but through a quick search on auto trader I landed on "Team Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC" in NC. They have two 2019 ZLE's at about ~10,000 off msrp with dealer ship discounts. I don't know what they are or how you get them or if they even exist, but holy hell....67k for a 2019 ZLE in spring.

Again, it's not the dealerships 5k it's money coming from the factory to help make a deal. 5K is probably nothing to GM. If we knew how much it actually cost for GM to produce a ZL1 we would probably pass out. ( cheap, not high ) That is info that probably only a few people know and probably a lot of fake news there as well to hide the truth.

I know it sounds crazy but the deals are out there. I got my 18 A10 12k under.
They gave me almost 51k for my trade, I couldn't believe it. I drove across country to grab the car the next day, LOL.
One thing the sales manager said to me was, look, I sell every M6 we get, I only have A10's on the lot, A10's don't sell here only M6's sell. I need your car here to bring people in.

I was looking at a ZL1 out of state a few months ago and on the way to see it when the sales manager called and said he couldn't make the deal at the price they had on their website. He said they had about $30k from GM to spread across inventory to move it, which expired the day before I left. He said they'd missed their total unit sales goal. They'd put about $5k into this particular ZL1 to move it, and combined with the other discounts, it was about $8k off. So, if this deal is real, I'd jump on it.

It is 100% real. I am taking my car in for appraisal today. There is a lot of hidden cash to be found in these deals. But I think deals on 2019 models are harder to come by.

I am having a hard time letting my car go for $51k. I think it's worth $54k wholesale all day. That will probably be my sticking point.

51k IS 54k when you factor sales tax break, make you feel a little better, LOL

Sales tax is only 3% here. So it's about 52.5 k.
