It would be nice to have the Ambient Temps and the Number of Prior Runs(to adjust for Heat Soak), when these Temps are taken. |

You're welcome. In both days, temperatures were in low to mid 70s. At ORP, I used them for about 5 sessions and those are really long (at least 30 mins) sessions with open track format. And about 4-5 sessions at the second event (20 min sessions) . It looks like they hold up a bit better than the OEM rings but it's too early to tell. I hope that helps

glamcem: Thank you for the post. I'm going to try out DBA52770.1LS/RS. I used DBA 4000 series on my C6 and loved it.
One question: You said it is recommended to replace the bolts. Do you have the part number for those bolts? Did you actually replace them with new ones? Thanks!

I just purchased these rotors from autoanything at great price, and thought I would share with everyone.
I paid $568.48 with free shipping for both Left and Right. Weird thing is, you can't search it on auto anything's own website with part number, but if you just google the part number, auto anything link will be listed. Follow in the link, add one rotor, and open one more tab and do the same for the other part number. Then use promo code "406820" at check out for 20% off. You just saved $142.12 for the rotors! Hope it helps.

That's a lot of heat checks after 3.5 days. NB My stockers lasted me 15 days (and 5 different tracks). Let's see what these look like on day 15 and then compare pix

Gotcha. Here are mine after 11 days on track. I’m happy with the DBA’s, I’ll keep using them unless GM starts selling blank rotors only less the aluminum hats for cheap.

Hmm that's about the same as mine I guess. I was tre happy with 15 days from the stockers thats for sure. I hear ya re discs vs a whole assembly tho. If I didn't have to import them from S of the border I'd likely go this route too. But for me getting a whole brake system from GM (incl hats) is the same $ (about $700USD).

Has anyone measured temps with caliper strips and rotor temp on the OEM and DBA rotors (DBA rotors come with temp paint IIRC).
