Heavier.. stickier cheaper tires available in 19 vs 20..

Incase u haven't noticed there are 2 cars that handle insane from the factory a z28 and 1le zl1 both w 19s..

Some us use our cars other than going to work..

not sure why you have an attitude.
They're making both sizes so again whats your issue.
So you want 19's. No need to shove what you want down everyone else's throat.
I may track my car and if and when I do, I'll be happy with lightweight 20" flow forged wheels better than stock.
Otherwise, 19's look small and ugly to me in comparison to the car despite the added performance.
Not EVERYONE bought this car to race on track you know.
In case you haven't noticed, all of these cars handle insane including the 1LE with 20's.
I'd would just like the best of both worlds.

To each their own. Let it go.

Don't tell me what to do.. Done more for the Camaro community then you will ever do KID!

My issue is we have been told that before on the 19s...but, you wouldn't know since you don't use your car as race car and just for looks so you wouldn't know the benefits of the 19s.. you can't tell 19s from 20 with the proper suspension work..IE wheel fender gap.. I'm competitive I want all the edge I can get.. Ask any racer around winning is winning!

Benefits of 19s

Able to hold higher rpms coming out of turns changes the gearing
Rim is lighter
The tire is lighter
Many more tire compounds to choose from...

I guess the vette looks like azz since it has 19s and some run 18s

I'm not a kid and if your so old and wise then back it up with maturity.
Whatever your accomplishments are, doesn't give you the right to make your opinion the only valid one. So to be honest, I could care less.
You started it. If you want 19's then go ahead! Leave me alone with my choice and a lot of others who choose with me.

Back to topic.

No one gets respect for their accomplishments by acting like that. Chill out.

Everyone has an opinion, and they are entitled to it...since everyone uses their car differently and has different tastes. No need to get down each others' throats for that reason.

Thank you all for posting respectfully, like adults, going forward.

No.. its not that. As you can see by picks I own the 1LE reps and Z28 reps.. talked to MRR and was even on a waiting list for 19s in the Z28 rep rims but, that feel through~ the F series came out are 19s but they are not to my liking. So at this point til I see them I'm not going on the word that they will come in 19s and 20s thats the reason! Been down that road!

My apologies for upsetting the forum members!

Smile MRR Wheels New Light weight Flowforged design

Guys, Im only showing you this so we can all be a little more involved with the process and of course we want your opinions.

" The wheel below" ( no official name yet lol ) is showing the actual design and yes the concavity, also I would like to bring up a little detail that some may miss, the concavity on this wheel will be the same front and back..... so what do you guys think?

*** also for 20" we already know what to do spec wise, now the important question is what would you like to see in a 19" spec.?

mine is 95% street cruiser, so its whatever size 19" rim diameter tires are more conveniently available imho. 19x10 proper fitment fronts and run 285s-305s. 19x11.5 proper fitment rear and run 305s-325s. NO plans in lowering the stock SS 1LE we have so poking out in the rear a bit to match the oem fronts is not an issue with us.... Thanks! And to be honest I would buy your 19" in the style of the OEM SS 1LE as well in the parameters above.

For 19's: 19x10 front and 19x11 rear, or 19x10.5 front and rear for square setup/rotation with 305's all around.

Wheels look fantastic!

Thanks

Would LOVE to a see a 19x10.5 +13 or 14mm and a 19x11 +40. Basically a 19" spec that would allow a 305 square and NO spacers.

Will we make 20" ? Hell yes why would we not lol, the 20 inch market is like the middle class they make the economy move!!, but definitely will be making 20" as is our core market, this is actually the first time we will introduce a direct Chevrolet Camaro Made wheel in a 19" in fact I believe we are the first to produce a light weight Flowforged Factory style direct fitted wheel in both 20" and 19" sizes
