im a little confused adms price installed and tuned is 5999 but there price to buy it as a diy kit is 6800 with a special pricing of 5760 for the first 5 who preordered the kit.

Thats a great shop rate for custom expertise. I would keep those guys on speed dial.

$125 hourly here is either the norm or collusion...not sure which!

Valentine is solid as well, never had one so cant give first hand experience, but it works off the same principle where the arrow shows you the direction where the gun is pointing from. The 360 surpassed the Valentine in technology, but I heard the Valentine did some hardware updates in the newest model.

The jammer I have is a dual located just above my rear license plate (they need something shiny to focus the beam on)- BLINDER HP-905 Compact is the model. They were the most cutting edge company and the largest I believe. Had it professionally installed.

I should PM you...but, did you specifically order the kit without the tuner? I viewed the build instructions and it shows installing the magnuson canned tune prior to hardware install using a "supplied" -maybe- SCT tuner, yet the tuner is not on the parts list. Man.. confusing!

You're right. I hadn't noticed that in the install manual. It does say *if* your sc shipped with a tuner to load it, otherwise you'll need to use an HPT. But no where on their site does it mention that. I know I didn't get one but it makes me wonder if the shop got a cheaper wholesale price on it because it wasn't needed. I know, not much help in answering your question, maybe shoot the sales dept. an email, or PM Ricardo with Phastek Performance. I almost bought mine from him as he had the cheapest price, but I decided against DIY. He'd know

Magnusson has been shipping with SCT handheld for a little while. Early built units were shipped with a box to ship them the ECM from your car to calibrate at their facility. Unless specifically ordered without it, it should be with the kit.

Thx for the reply. I ended up calling Magnuson and they told me to call the install vendor to verify - the one who mentioned calling Magnuson. Like a fricken scooby-doo mystery.

You were correct..turns out it does include the SCT tuner and magnusons stock only tune. Had the vendor tear open the box to verify.

As I said you could have saved 200 bucks since you already owned an SCT tuner and had them send you the file same way I sent you yours.

Send them the stock file and they modify it and send you the Maggie file.
