Someone hurry up and do it!

Please tell us if there was any drop from the normal ride height?

I ended up choosing a different dealership because the guy I was trying to work with was an A**. So I took my money to the dealership I bought the car from in the first place.
$2064 is exactly what I was quoted today by a dealership in Everett, Wa. for parts kit (p/n 84233245) and installation.

+1. I'll likely do this over the summer (our racing off season here in Phoenix) and would like to know about the answer to this.

Dealer install cost from my dealer is $650 or so in labor. I haven't looked around the area yet for a better quote.

Will get this done

My dealership called and left me a message telling me that my parts had arrived. I'll be calling them after work today to find out how long they think it will take them to do the install and when I can schedule the work.

I took a bunch of height measurements from the tip of the front fascia and front middle and back of both wheel wells. I need to put them in a format that everyone will understand. Once the parts are on, I'll take all the same measurements again. That should give us a nice side by side look at any height changes.

Factory SS ride heights (measured by center of wheel to top of wheel well) are:

15.5" Front
15.6" Rear

Phastek/Eibach claim 15.6" Front and Rear, but the Front measurement was definitely a tenth lower.

GM is on crack asking $1500 MSRP for springs and shocks for non MR SS's. Looks like mine won't be staying GM.

My appointment is tomorrow and I confirmed with the dealership that a wheel alignment is included.

I'll let you know how it goes. I still owe the forum before and after height measurements. I have not forgotten.

As far as the re-flash goes, I have a 2017 so hopefully it works. I tried to find a dealership that installs performance parts but had no luck and many on this forum said any dealership should be able to install the parts, and that's mostly true.

So I did everything through the dealership I bought the car from. They sounded confident. When I dropped it off this morning I causally mentioned that they knew they would have to do an alignment, right? And they said yes, no problem.

2:30 Pacific time I received a call from them telling me they would not be finished today and that they wanted to take their time and make sure everything was done correctly since this was the first kit they have installed. ARRGGHHH! I told the tech on the phone to make sure and grease the rear control arm bushing as its harder than stock and would probably squeak if they didn't. He thanked me for the tip.

I knew I should have done this myself. I let them do it to keep the warranty and because of the MRC re-flash. Now I'm going to stress about the dame thing until I get it back.

Imagine how I felt without my car for a week and not even just the dealer techs not knowing what to do but the actual gm guys!
Hey bro, would you mind posting some pictures of your car to show the stance? Did you happen to notice any difference in ride height and/or wheel gap?

I feel your pain! The dealership called me again, day 2, and stated that they could not find the rim locks. I searched all over and found them in my garage inside the plastic packaging with the original lug nuts. I had no idea they were in there. So I ran the rim key down to the dealership.

When I got there I spoke to a different service rep and he said they would call me. I said, ok its supposed to be done today so I'll be around the corner at Starbucks. He said cool.

At 6:30 I had not received a call so I went bacl and they were all gone. I had a manager call my rep at his house only to find out he left at 5. Before I dropped off the rim key.

So now I'm on day 3 of a project I could have done in 5 or 6 hours. I'm waiting on a call back right now but I won't get burned again like yesterday.

I did not notice either but did not check with anything but eyeballing it.
