For what it's worth... 25mm spacers all around gives 1/4" of poke front and rear (with the stock split spoke wheels). 20mm should sit flush. Wish I'd gone 20mm, but will do 'till new wheels. Thanks for the info. Lots of help on what to expect with shaving the studs. My old 370z wheels just bolted on without help, so I would have been lost without the "heads up".

I used a combination of a higher quality conventional brush and a 1" foam brush on the flatter surfaces. The brush supplied in the kit is garbage. The windows are tinted at 20% sides and rear

Was there a need for spash guards with the wheel spacers

Honestly, ALL stock Gen 5 and 6 Camaros get lower body road rash, particurlary on the bottom of the rear fender/rocker. I had mine Clear Bra'd right after I bought it. I also added side skirts in lieu of splash guards. But SOME sort of protection is necessary, stock or with spacers IMO

Now that you've had the GM suspension on for a few months, have you gotten the full 20mm drop and is the ride still stock like?

No bounce or floating feel? When you it bumps they absorb them rather than going over them?

It's a pricey kit, but I like the idea of struts designed for the spring to react properly to compression and rebound. Anything other than stock is a compromise once the spring rate changes.

This for the reply, look forward to your review.

I believe hank has gone to coilovers now...

Yes I did go with coilovers to get lower. No current Lowering springs go as low as I like it.

The ride was awesome. Definitely wasn't floaty, but was firm and predictable. I didn't have a lot of seat time in my car before I made the switch to this kit, but I remember it being just about like stock.

I can affirm the GM Kit rides virtually identical to stock. I got it for this reason, as opposed to just lowering springs, which alone take the stock struts/shocks out of their optimum range of travel.

That's my concern. I've had just lowering springs and it's rarely right. Reading reviews of others and you have comments of "floaty" "harsh over bumps" and "bouncy" among others. I've experienced all these with springs in other cars and don't want to spend $ chasing the optimum set.

The GM kit isn't cheap, it's actually more than cheap coilovers, but I know those suck and have limited testing to get the right valving and instead rely on overly stiff springs and adjustable valves.

Thanks for the review
