Thanks for the heads up,

But I don't think I'll need 500ml and I've already ordered the proper AC Delco paint from Ebay. I actually go to the US quite a lot on business, about four times a year usually,, so I can pick up most of what I need when I'm over there, I was just impatient this time around.

Mind you I've got two more stone chips now, one on a wheel arch and one on a door rim, so I'm going to need it. How unlucky can I be? I hate driving in the winter.

Figured out how to do this

So thought I'd upload some photos of the car, not showing the three stone chips I have now. Grrrrr.

Worthing!!!

That's far to close for comfort, I don't like to live within 100 miles of anyone who has the same car as me but luckily I'm moving to Beaconsfield in March so that ratio will be restored. Nothing personal of course, I just like to have unusual things, I had a Dodge Ram Quad Cab a few years ago and I sold it when a guy up the road bought one too, I'm just funny like that.

What colour / wheels did you go for?

Arctic blue metallic , black roof black rims . They'll be rare for a while then just like the gen 5's they'll start turning up !! For £40k you can't stay exclusive for that long !!!!! Good luck in beaconsfiwkd !! Car looks slick !

Have yet to see a Gen 5 on the road in this country but maybe that's just me, I'm abroad a lot and seen a few there most notably a very cool matt black on in Barcelona a few years ago. Hope you enjoy the new car, I'm sure you will.

Does the UK version come with the exhaust where you can close the valves to make it quieter? I am looking at a Borla or Stainless Works exhaust but not sure which option to select?

only if you option it, but its not an option on its own its only available in conjunction with MRC

if you have single exit on each side (2 in total) then you have non-valve, if you have 2 exits each side (4 in total) then you have the NPP option

if you have the automatic then you have the AFM valves as well
