I guess that all depends...to me, a super car is 6 figures plus for some odd reason.

Other forum people will be hard pressed to ever admit a Camaro is a super car. Even if it's the fastest thing on the planet, it would still be "just a Camaro" to them.

I hear that nonsense from the Vette worshippers frequently.

Which is fine by me. A super car beating another super car is normal.

An underdog, less than six fig doing It? That's truly impressive.

(Not dogging super cars either as I think many of them are great and I'd own them in a heartbeat)

Dumb question, how are you knowing your order was picked up? Can one tell by themselves by visiting some kind of order status Chevrolet page or is it only based on what your dealer is telling you? I have an order number but unless my dealer tells me something I don't know how to check it's status...Thank you.

You can:

1) Check the Order Status thread, here in the ordering/pricing section of the forum.
2) Call your dealer/salesperson and ask for a status check and/or updates every Thursday (usually when things update and change)
3) Go to the "contact us" section of Chevy's website, and select "check the status of my vehicle order".

Here's a status code reference:

1100, Preliminary order accepted
2000, Order accepted by GM
2030, Order re-edited (if necessary)
2051, Order changed thru Web
2500, Order preferenced
3000, Order accepted by production control
3100, Order available to sequence
3300, Order scheduled for production
3400, Order broadcast
3550, Import vehicle shipped from Port of Origin
3450, Import vehicle produced
3750, Import vehicle received at Port of Entry
3800, Order produced
4000, Available to ship
4104, Bailment Invoice
4200, Shipped
4300, Intermediate Delivery
4B00, Bayed
5000, Delivered to the dealer
6000, Delivered to the customer
