angrybird, yeah i heard you guys there in the volunteer state did get some snow. out here in Kansas city, we been really lucky this summer, not much snow at all, but very very cold.i did take my vert out for a quick spin this afternoon as it sits so much with salt/etc on roads. but trying to keep the battery charged up. but feel sorry for folks in boston, new england area. they have just gotten hammered.

In my area we didn't get much snow but we got ice on top of the snow.... Then the temperature dropped to -10. At least yesterday it got back into the 40's and melted it all.
My son just got transferred to McConnell Air Force base a few months ago.

109° is my limit while the sun is up, however you will never hear me complain about he heat, but then again.....this is why I got a vert.
However like I mentioned before, once the sun goes down in this city it is freaking awesome to be able to drive around in this balmy weather at night, you know.....cruises like going down the Vegas Strip....etc.....night life here is awesome.....

Oh! did I mention VEGAS BABY!!!!!!!!

Few things in life are as sweet as cruise down the Strip on a balmy Friday night in a convertible. The air holds the promise of Something, the sounds are the soundtrack, maybe some soft R&B or Fleetwood Mac, and DAMN! why aren't i there!!!

Been there .....done that!

I at least gave it a try and moved to the south (Athens, Georgia) for about eight years, I kept telling myself I could get used to the humidity and the bugs, but try as I might, I just couldn't get used to it. I did however enjoy the four seasons, but I like being able to do things year around like I can here and not worry about the rain, bugs, humidity, hillbillies, rednecks, tornados....oh no, dont get me started on the tornadoes, I will take an earth quake any day over a tornado, in an earth quake all your crap shakes into a pile, in a tornado your stuff, house, and car get strewn all over the surrounding counties...
these are most of the reasons I decided to move back to Vegas, I am within hours of the beach, mountains, grand canyon, and other great sites. I can either go find a good cruize happening with fellow Camaros, or even go 4 wheeling in the Jeep, I for sure, never run outta things to do here, it seemed in GA it would take me at least a two hour drive to get to anything to do, AND that inclused going for a nice drive through the Smokey Mountains....that of which i really loved doing as well as you.
I couldn't even thing of owning a vert in GA, too many bugs and rain, but once I got here in the desert, it was all I could do to get into one, now that I have a vert, I have the top down most of the time, in fact if you see me in my car around this town, the TOP IS DOWN.....just love it here
