I see this is a kind of old thread, but I'm kind of new in seriously looking and any help would be great. I've been on the Chevy site a few times doing builds and haven't noticed anything popping up. If its anything like Ford. They used to send me offers in the mail or to my email address.

I tried several times over several days during March and wasnt able to get a private offer to come up. I agree that I dont think GM has enabled the private offer for any model in several months.
