The main garage is 6000 sq ft, has a two bedroom apartment, the upstairs is a game room with Air Hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, pool, and of course a big TV, then there is another room upstairs that is the theatre room. The garage also has three storage rooms. The bays can hold two cars as you saw in the photo, or a pickup truck. The house has a three car garage, but we have a truck in one bay along with a Harley Roadglide.

Built some ramps. I was using my brother’s ramps. But he has since moved out of my parents and took them with him. So I made my own. I made a set but only one is visible in all the pics.

Random musing from the crazy 50th guy...

I’ve always wondered why the Vettes are referred to as C7, C1, etc. Yet the Camaro are referred to as 5th Gen or 6th Gen, etc.

The number designates the Gen. But it’s common knowledge if you said you have a C6 it’s a 6th gen Corvette. Not a 6th Gen Camaro.

Thoughts?

A guess on my part... Probably just to avoid confusion. A Corvette 6th Generation C6 and a Camaro 6th Generation would also be C6. Judging by the numbering, they were there first.

It is to make it clear for everybody. C is just the shortcut of Corvette (maneuverable warship called a corvette). Also known as the Vette. At least here in Europe. It is the same with the C63. Everybody know it means Mercedes AMG C-class or the e39 M5, for the BMW 5 series build from 1995-2001. whereas the E39 is the internal name from BMW for the 5 series.
The same apply for the C1-C7 it is the internal / officially Name for the Vette and Gen the name for the Camaro (Gemaro)
