If anyone is interested, there is a 2SS, black, recaro seats, auto at a chevy dealer in Sumter S.C. On their site it says call for price, that's usually not a good sign but you never know. I don't know this dealer at all.

It appears as though buyers of new Camaro 6 have done their homework. Congrats. Unfortunately, a clown has just posted on GM Authority that dealers are asking for 20K premiums. Likely a juvenile or troll, but that could scare off some potential buyers.

Like many have commented here about being patient so i was and kept searching after the dealer i posted about above made it easy to walk away after their sales tactics and indirectly turning down my offer and think they were going to hang me up while they entertained the possibility of a better offer then tell me they sold it to another customer, which i guess they can absolutely do and play the field, and so can i and did successfully.

The phone call to the dealer in PA on Friday was about ten minutes confirming they had the car(it just came in that day) and that they do out of state sales and able to ship or let me hire a shipper to pick up.

Then today the salesperson called back requested my DL, insurance policy # and a deposit also my loan was approved and they sent me a bunch of pics of the car. This phone call was less than 10 minutes with no typical dealer games
On Monday they will FedEx the paperwork for me to fill out and send back and then schedule a delivery date which should be this time next week or maybe a day or so earlier.
Between the phone calls on Fri-Sat i was getting paranoid thinking this can't be this easy there's got to be a catch coming, i was pleasantly surprised that wasn't the case

Bought a 23 Indy Festival Camaro for 4500 under MSRP, plus the 750 and 500 educators rebate. One dealer in Indy was asking 65000 for a car that listed for 59790. Most of the cars were at list, but if you look, deals are still to be had. Loving the 2SS lots more than the 2023 2LT RS I was driving.
