I appreciate everybody’s inputs. You have given me a ton of valuable information and now I’m in a better place to decide which way I’m going to go. My main motivation to apply the PPF is to prevent vandalism, then rock ships. Since I’ve learn from your comments that the PPF doesn’t actually prevent keying damage, I’ll just apply PPF to the front end, and combine it with rock guards and side skirts.
I’m planning in keeping this car for about 3 years and it’s going to be my daily driver; so spending around 7K in all-around PPF doesn’t make sense if it will not prevent vandalism. Thank you all. |
