I'm only talking about this hood mod keeping it cooler and consistent between rounds, doesn't matter if it blown or NA, still need to keep it cool for quick turn arounds. So you think the trans is worth 3 tenths? That may be worth it.

I know that and its always fun and the guys kinda like it also. I'm looking into the trans unlock for sure. I'm still not done with trying to get a blower. But if not I'll buy a set of SE 1 7/8 long tubes and x- pipe and tune it from there. My C7 only made 16 or 17 more HP but ran about 4 tenths quicker with me tuning it. When Phil came in and I put the MSD on it we eventually went 10.90. Thats the option I'm thinking would be the best for the buck

I love rowing gears but Auto is where it's at if you're wanting to go fast

Are headers even worth getting at 600 whp?

Yes on the trans tune. It can make a nice difference.

I wouldn’t at 600 WHP (unless you’re just into headers…then go for it). That’s really easy to hit with OEM manifolds and cats. Maybe 650-675 WHP or so I’d move on to headers then.

Well I got some good news Friday. The blower deal appears to be back on. Hopefully they'll be able to ship in the next couple days and I'll start accumulating the parts I need to get er done. Hopefully by the LS Fest but it will be a task to get that done. We'll see.

I'm thinking the blower will ship by Wednesday. Just got off the phone with Mike (THPSI) and we were discussing the plan for moving forward with the 10 rib/tensioner set up, plus the PI with his new plug and play controller. We hope to have this all completed and tuned by the LS Fest. We are figuring out what in tank pump we'll run. Some guys are running the Big Mopar pump they use in the Demon and put it in GM basket which should get us close to 600 on E. We are still figuring out the formula to get there on lower boost. Mike will get it figured out and we will go from there. Fingers crossed we'll make it. I won't start until we have every part ready to go and install. Remember they don't make the 2300 anymore so I'm basically building the kit with parts from Mike and superchargeronline. Hey no big deal, I've had these blowers on and off more then you have fingers and thumbs including the 2650.

Get that new controller all figured out with Mike, so that way I can buy one and know the bugs were all worked out!

I don't see why you need anything more then a LT4 tank pump(your car might already have) and a JMS booster for 600whp? I was running full E @ 7-8psi and had no issues with the low side. My car made 596whp on drag radials in 5th gear on that setup.
