Who else in the 3400 10/18 tpw club?! When do you guys expect we see these things if they’re built on time?

Assuming you mean 3400 status, I am

I'm trying to be realistic and accepting of the transportation challenges, so I'm going with "before Thanksgiving" on the timeframe.

I'm also in the 3400 10/18 club. I'm hoping for mid November to pick it up. I'm not going to wait for it to be delivered to MA which could add on a few more weeks, I'm flying out to Detroit to pick it up from Joe as soon as he has it. I've waited WAY to long not to drive it as soon as possible, and as much as possible before the winter weather sets in, LOL

I'm a week behind you guys - JDaniels, JKSully, and SusieL - so I am definitely rooting for your builds to go according to schedule so that mine follows closely behind!

I'm a little more pessimistic on delivery times though based on what I've read for non-ZL1s. I'm telling myself a December delivery is more realistic. Either way I don't anticipate getting many miles until spring, although I am working on a tire swap at delivery to remove the cold temp concerns. That way if the snow doesn't fly early I may get some miles in.

Really hope it’s not a December delivery that will be torture leaving the car just sit in my driveway through the winter. Anyone know how long the actual build process usually is?

have to say being stuck at 1100 is the most annoying part of this process. It can mean so many things, yet really means next to nothing at the same time.

I agree with that 100%. I spent 6 months in that 1000 bucket. But things have been advancing pretty steadily since I got an allocation, despite the 3 month downtime.

According to this YouTube video, it takes 35 minutes for final assembly.

Presumably your sub assemblies are being build while other cars are rolling down the line. It would be very interesting to understand the full process though for sure.

I’m at 3400 with TPW 10/25. I expect to get mine here in SoCal around first week of Nov. my dad ordered his C8 from same dealer in April this year. Car was built 8/4 and he took delivery 8/13 here in SoCal.

These sound like super wishful thinking but hey I’ll take it! My dealer sucks royally so im sure somehow mine will take ages to arrive.
