That's part of my issue even with those, too much like 5th gen wheels.

He's been the one posting that like 20 times, I just got sick of seeing it, as others have mentioned.

I'm hurt yes, because I had high hopes for 6th gen 1LE wheels! :(

I'll get over it soon, promise.

Eh...I suppose I've never bought into the "change it just because" mentality. I think it's wasteful in many respects. Improvements, absolutely...but not arbitrary change. They did that with the '13 SS wheels and those curvy Malibu-like pointy spoke...IMO, those were ugly as sin. But the '16 wheels have added a nice 3D depth to the original 5-spoke design.

Some companies that you'd expect something spectacular out of in terms of creative wheel designs...you don't always get. Like Ferrari, etc.

Maybe it's just me...but I think the 1LE/ZL1 wheels were the absolute best for the 5th Gen...and haven't been topped by anything on the 6th Gen yet.

But that's me.

50 years and all we get is a gray car with pained brake calipers and vinyl hood stripes? And the labeling all over the wheels and sides...not a fan. I was personally hoping for an appearance and performance package that could be placed on any vehicle as an option. Sort of like the 1LE was on the 5th Gen.

I was hoping for something special. This is really ordinary.

I side with you, sir. Some of the nicest stock wheels I've ever seen. Z28's are bad, either.

Pretty poor effort to celebrate 50 years of Camaro, IMO. Was hoping to see an exclusive color in the very least.

Yes, like a color from year 1 maybe??? Loved the past 1LE/ZL1 wheels and think the new 1LE wheels still have a hint of that design. I know everyone has an opinion on wheels, everyone told me to go with black on my car. I think these 50th wheels are

I like these wheels are much more than the current split 5s, hope they are available without the package, orange just isn't a color that does much for me, but I LOVE the center caps, even if they aren't an option, Ill buy them from the parts catalogue XD

It comes across as extremely lazy to me. Especially for a 50th anniversary package. Let's just slap some stickers on it and limit it to 1 color that was available for the previous year cars.

Why not go with a heritage color like hugger orange, maybe some throwback touches, etc. I know they have poured a ton of effort into the car as a whole, but it's very sad to see that this is all they could come up with for a 50th anniversary edition. It's like they just had a quick meeting/conference call to just make sure they had something..

I like it as a whole but it just screams
"Sorry guys this is all we could do because the bean Counters wouldn't dish out a little extra cash for 50th Anniversary specific parts and paint"

Change is only good if it makes things better. Thank God they're not doing a Call of Duty edition like did on the Jeep Wrangler a few years ago. I got stuck driving that thing as a loaner...talk about embarrassing.

I can see a slight resemblance of the 2016 model.
