Ah, sorry, my mistake. I thought it was based on the calipers and the box shot in your OP. Now I see the rear deck speakers and can picture the roof coming on top. Looking forward to the pics about the finished product

Beautiful, congratulations Great detail on the engine bay, too. The body paint is quite sparkly from the metallic flakes, I wonder how this would look in full car size. My garnet red metallic paint is subtle, needs a lot of sunshine to pop, hyper blue even more so.

On a full sized car these little sparkles from the paint look way smaller compared to this tiny car on which these look very big. Just a matter of size basically.

You don't really see the sparkles that much in person, but yeah the camera magnifies them. And that's a good point I never thought about: the metal flakes in the paint mixture are designed for a full sized car - when you scale it down 1/25th the size, but use the same flakes (I bought a can of the proper paint code for the real car from GM), they are going to be bigger. Good thought!

Thanks! It's the same paint that is on my real car, code correct from GM.
