Used to the BMW vins, which tells you exactly how the car was configured from the factory.
Came down to a 435i convertible or the Fifty convertible, obvious which one won...
Hartfordracingcaptain is correct. That would be the only ways know for sure it has MRC.

Youre right, regular exhaust. MRC can only be confirmed by playing in the cockpit settings, driving it, sticking your head underneath, or the window sticker (build sheet) as far as I know.

Where did you see something that said it had MRC? Maybe I missed it.
Good detective work.

Well, now that it is out in the open lol, what is the consensus on the price?
The salesmen has indicated in writing that it has the MRC.

Trust a stranger. You WANT MRC...I have two 2017 SS Camaros. One with MRC, one without.

I'm no Camaro cost expert, but I think that's a good price seeing as it MSRP'd for like $53k-ish.

I also will concur. I have MRC and driven other 6th gens without and it’s an amazing feature to have.

Good that the salesman has stated it has MRC. When I zoomed in on the interior picture I did notice that it has a mode switch. I don't think I've ever seen a Gen 6 without the switch, but it does raise the question....would a car with no MRC and no NPP even have a mode switch?

Yes. All 6th gen Camaros have the mode selector.

Non MRC cars have the switch. It changes the steering weight and arguably the throttle maps. I haven't driven the wife's car spiritedly in track, as she would kick my...

Makes sense. I'm so accustomed to the idea of exhaust and suspension changes that I completely forgot about throttle mapping.

Welcome! From my very recent experience, the AutoCheck is MORE comprehensive when it comes to auctions or any other type of accident. If the car was ever sold at an auction, although that sale will show up on Carfax, the details may not be as comprehensive as they are on AutoCheck.

Carfax has let me down pretty hard in this regard and I would urge you to run both reports. The dealer should provide you with whatever service they use. CarFax is $60 I believe and AutoCheck is like $40 I think.

*Edit - My experience is with a different vehicle that I no longer have. Not my 50th which just hit 4k miles . Thought I'd mention that

Thanks for the feedback. The experian report does not show any issues and I have requested dealer to provide copy of carfax.
