I have a question. Since day one Ive noticed a subtle but noticeable groan/grind noise starting off in first gear at about 1,000 rpm then disappears above that. I really can't tell if it's exhaust resonance or something bad in the diff. I have the dual mode exhaust. I nitice it most in the morning leaving my neighborhood when I have to make a few 90 degree turns from a stop. Any thoughts?

Might hit up your local dealer and see if they can find anything in their shop guides?

Sounds like the rear diff needs flushed. I could be wrong. But sound like the rear diff issue.

Thanks, that's what I've been worried about. I'll set up an appt. at the dealer just to check it out.

Adam is correct. I flushed both of my cars at 1500 miles, per owners manual suggestions.

Mike, I agree with Kaizer.
lots of talk in this forum about a rear end groan. I never have experienced the groan but i changed out the fluid anyway at 1500 miles. I learned from my silverado when it was new because that fluid was low and really black. So it can't hurt to just replace it, but i would use the stuff from the dealer it has the friction modifier in it already. You can get the fluid a lot cheaper on amazon also. Anyway your right though take it in anyway. At least it gets documented.

This would be cool for a wall decoration!

Just finished installing my powerstop drilled/slotted rotors. Those front caliper bolts were a pain in the ass to break loose! Got my diode dynamics smoke side markers installed yesterday. Tomorrow will be bath day if the weather holds out.

Well Hello and Happy New Year to all. I have not been on in a while and finally got 7000 on the Fifty a little over a year old. Still enjoying the Panther, just with (creative) errands on the weekend and early during the week. I hope every member has a safe 2018.

Does anyone know the final production count on the Fifty models.

Adam (Kaiser_911) might post it again, but just crawl back through this thread a few pages (actually quite a few pages).

It's HERE!
