At 6000 miles, its possible that your car hasn’t had the most recent tranny flush / fluid refill. All 8 speed transmissions with original /old fluid will start to shudder at some point (torque converter slippage). There’s a technical service bulletin out there for this issue. It’s possible GM may still be providing this service for free (warrantee), which you may still have at this point, under 5 year / 60k. |
