Not wanting to whistle past the graveyard, I saw a post in a group on this subject where we were discussing where this legislation was heading. Keep an eye on the availability of these pads in the future, it might not be just California and Washington.

There's no way I'm spending an hour watching that, LOL, but if it makes our world cleaner and safer by removing copper from brake pads (and we can do it easily enough) then I'm all for it.
