New here, new to Camaros. I ordered a LT1 6MT through my dealer this week. Here's to hoping the wait isn't as long as some of you all have suffered!

Nice! Which dealer did you go with, if you don't mind me asking? Did they have an allocation? Guaranteed MSRP or not?

Funny story! I'm getting far better than MSRP because I'm taking a LT1 as my Bolt recall replacement which had a high MSRP but a much lower transaction price. This recall replacement came with its own allocation.

So that's the surefire way to quickly get a new Camaro these days: buy a Bolt, then request a recall replacement

I ordered the same thing, with NPP, a Sunroof, and the RS Package. Ordered July 26th, car just got built on the 7th due to production being delayed three weeks. Dealer is saying ETA for the car is November 8th.

Except you have to deal with the GM concierge and weeks of unanswered emails and calls

. I took about 4 weeks and I'm one of the lucky ones since my original dealer was willing to host a replacement. Most dealers it seems aren't willing.

Nice...I'm going to be keeping an eye on your progress, mine's at 3400 and has a TPW of next week, so if yours comes through by the 8th I should have mine by Thanksgiving

My TPW was 9/20 before the shutdown. I'm actually right in line with when I should be with the builds catching up. IE, I was scheduled for the second week of the shutdown and I've been built the second week of the restart.

So that's a good sign I'd say for all of us!
