I have astigmatism and a mild correction. Zero issues with visibility but it did take some time (2 weeks) for my nervous nelly mind to adjust.

I was nervous to get my 20% but then I started looking around. Everyone has tint. From traverse city to Toledo, no one's batted an eye.

Potholes are one of many reasons I don't live in MI anymore. That and car insurance.

It's illegal on the front doors in a majority of states or it's severely limited to how dark you can go.

I guess I had it reversed in my head, but my 35% (blocked) and your 70% (light allowed through) are only 5% different, so that's not almost clear
That's 5% more light than my sides let in, I still can't imagine that on a windshield. I would definitely hit more potholes, debris etc in the road at nighttime.

35% is the limit in KY for side windows, you can do 5% limo tint on the rear windows, but not the back glass I believe.

I had Geoshield ProNano Ceramic film installed this week: 18% all around with 50% on the windshield. I'm very happy with the result.
