Dang, I'm 210. I'm going to put me on a diet for next year. Need to loose 25 lbs for sure. I say that every year and it never happens, but it should and the older you get the harder it is to loose fat.

What tire/rim setup are you using and how are you launching?

Forgestar f14 17x10 and 18x5 (fronts are pretty heavy). Et street r drag radials. I tried a bunch of different ways to launch. I think flat punching with no preload is best.

Went to the track again today. Ran a best of 10.18 @ 138. There were a few oil downs which really killed time. After the boost only passes, I pulled some timing and tested the nitrous from the 1/8th just to make sure everything was in line. Way too rich. Lowered the fuel pressure and went to try again, then another car blew up and ended the day. Might try again Sunday.

Thanks a lot. Going to get some jets today and probably go back tomorrow. Would love a 10.0 boost only but I don’t know if it will happen.

Ahhh...guess you have some N54/N55 experience? Nobody knows about Burger unless they’ve dabbled in the turbo BMW world.

Do the tech inspection guys give you any shit about having the meth tank in the trunk? For some reason I thought you needed a firewall if you did that.

Honestly I was just searching for a meth tank and came across that one. Never owned a BMW. Tech never gave me a problem with it.

Well, that’s random. I’ve been considering doing a meth system, but wasn’t sure about the trunk mount requirements at the track. I also don’t really want to make any permanent modifications to the car. I’m sure I’ll have to drill a bunch of holes in the trunk to mount that tank and run the line.

I used threaded inserts to mount everything. Yea its permanent but it makes mounting easy lol. I plan on keeping this car for a while.....

Well the stars are never aligned for me. Tried and tried to go 10.0 on boost only. Stuck at 10.1. So Last pass for the day i decided to spray it with only 700lbs of bottle pressure.

That REALLY killed the pass. Definitely didnt hit like 150.....more like 70-90
