You are correct from what I have been told, the million dollar question is when are we going too see some movement in Canada. Its shall I say getting old for me as well as for everyone else. Its been over two weeks and nothing I would have to assume they know which ones will be built this year by now so just let everyone know.

I can tell you every dealer in Atlantic who got allocation and what allocation they got. This is the exact same for the rest of Canada. The million $ question is in this scattered production they have for Canada to get even distribution across the country; who will actually get builds when is still up in the air ...

So is it possible with how they are doing this build type that we wouldn't necessarily get a TPW in a month or two but fill in spots during the existing build weeks which would be a quicker process I would think.

I was told in May before the dealers were told that I would get a car if I was number one in line at my dealer which I knew I was.I have to believe that all the dealers who are being allocated cars for the year already know.

Man, I feel for you. Definitely been worked over the coals on the 2017 and now the 2018 is looking fragile. If it doesn't solidify soon I would just go through the effort to import from the US. I did it on a new car in 2013. It can be done but it's not exactly easy.

I'm not to optimistic for the 2018 round either that's for sure, I would never go to the U.S due to the exchange right now.
If they are picking up the first rounds only at the dealerships this year then I already know I'm done as like last year the owner bumped me out and it will be the case again with another dealership this year.
There are at least 5 owners that I know of that took the 2017 ZL1 cars in Canada and when there are only a handful to go around it kinda bites and shall I see not right. But it is what it is....

At least 3 2018 ZL1 1LE's at Area 27 track in Osoyoos, BC... What the.. I can't even find allocation in BC and they are tracking 3 of them in my province...

Yea i saw that on instagram!!! I have a feeling some toronto dealer will be getting a 1LE and demoing it to mark it up over 100k.

I think ADM in Ontario is not allowed. True?

Edit: I just re read the post. You mentioned that they would "demo" it as a work around. Seems like an easy loophole to jump through for dealers.

Most dealers dont do that however some will on certain cars.

You're kidding right?? Better believe they can and do ! They ALL will if they have the vehicle to do it with. They tried it on me years back and recently good friend of mine having a signed deal at msrp was told they want a $75,000 premium for the Demon. Lawyer involved
