I just got my 60609 and 11924 from Phastek. I actually looked at the valves before I installed but I did not know about this thread. I went ahead and installed the system and sure enough I am getting a check engine light for the AFM Valves being stuck. I have verified they move but my valves do not have holes.

I PM'd David Borla. Hope he gets back to me.

Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear that you are having a problem with our exhaust system. The AFM valve system recall was for the first few systems that were released, so all of them should have the proper holes in them now. That said, please email our customer service manager, Chris, at chrisb@borla.com so that we can make sure your system is functioning properly and that you are happy.

I spoke with Borla customer support and they advised the vendor that I purchased from seemed to have been one of the first buyers and still had some bad stock on their shelves. I was told they would be sending me a new x pipe with the holes yesterday. But I haven't gotten a tracking number yet. I'll reach out to Chris in the morning. I would hope they would get me the fixed part ASAP after the $$ I spent.
