Anything is possible, but the DFW show and other local auto shows like it aren't typical venues for reveals, especially for performance cars. They're too small and too low profile.

I approve! LOL! Dallas does have a VERY special place for Gen6 camaro's, so why not unveil the heavy hitter there?! Haha!

Sorry, you can't go because you are a ZL1 in MY 2017 denier.

It could be a private reveal or just a teaser prior to NY Auto show.

Let's not forget the "3/25/2016" (?) stencil we saw on the spy shots from nurburgring.

I'm a lurker here, but last week, a big Chevy dealer in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada (in Alberta oil country), posted an ad on "Kijji" encouraging peeps to get their deposits down. Included were pix of the camo'd prototype along with a red rendering I've never seen before. Here's a link to the ad:

Being as Chevy already announced the 1LE and is now close to announcing the ZL1, what's going to really be left during the lifetime of the 6th gen besides the z/28? I guess they rushed out the door with these because they'd be leaving potential buyers on the table who were waiting for them. Still, it's like all their cards are on the table at once. I suppose there's a chance that the entire lineup could get even more powerful engines before the end of this generation during a refresh of sorts. Otherwise, it's going to be a very boring next few years I feel.

Very much dealer hype. Very unprofessional, orders cannot be placed and the car isn't released/announced even!!
