I have checked with Becky that is how I know what status I'm currently at. Chevy Chat is worthless and they just tell me I'm awaiting transport which I don't think is true. Chevy Chat is so dumb I had to tell them I'm waiting for a train. They didn't even know if my car is transported by train or car because they stated they didn't have access to that information.

I think I'm going to have my salesman call the DBC if I have no status changes/update movement by the time I get back from Vegas after the Super Bowl. GM is terrible with customer service issues in relation to people that order cars from them. I will never order another GM product again.

Back in 2004 when I ordered my SRT from Dodge, Dodge customer service was a 1000 times better than GM. GM could learn a bunch from Dodge when it comes to customer service/public relations in regards to customers that order vehicles from them. I guess if I ever buy another Camaro or Corvette it will not be a special order. FWIW my dealer has not been a problem and has done a great job with any request or question I have had. GM's corporate side of things is a f**king joke and I would be embarrassed if I had any connection to GM's corporate side.

All right rant is almost over. I really don't care if I'm in quality control hold I just wish someone from Chevy with some balls would tell me that and stop feeding me BS. Chevy is treating some of their customers like they are really dumb but in reality most of us Camaro owners know more about the car and the ordering process than Chevy employees know. This is mostly due to the fantastic and knowledgeable people on this forum.

Look at my other post I was having communication problems with my dealer so i called 1-800-222-1020 told them y issue and they gave me a case number, they were very helpful to me I was on hold for about 20 min and they were the ones that told me that I was in QC hold and helped e out, I called them twice with my case number in the same weekand they helped me out try that. I was real nice to them. I am glad mine went through QC hold it took them two weeks to complete the QC, Check my signature out. the chat was somewhat helpful for the events but not really, The number above is a live person and they gave me more information then my dealer I have not talked to my dealer in two weeks now.

I dont know have helpful they will be if you did not finalize the deal thought but its worth the try, first time I talked to a Micky the second time i talked to a john.

Any other 1/25er's have movement on their car? Mine was supposed to be scheduled for delivery tomorrow but it still hasnt left the parking lot in Lansing. :(

Same here... just got a thing from Becky. Mine's done, but parked. We're going to find out if it's on a qc hold or what...

My camaro is at the Charlotte Michigan lot awaiting a train ride to me. I'm at 4300 status. Hopefully it leaves the train depot by this weekend. Anxious to see that 4200 status.

Mine's going straight to becky, so no train, but it was built 1/26 and it's still not there yet. Should be sometime next week.

I keep tracking mine in OnStar but it has yet to move anywhere since it was built. Dealer said target delivery date was yesterday. Sigh..

There's a possibility that the tracker is off.. to that extent, I don't know if it is, but I have heard others were having problems with accuracy while tracking theirs too!

Dealer sent me this yesterday:

Event Description: 4300 - Intermediate Delivery
Route: FROM - LANSING GRAND RIVER MI - TO - CHARLOTTE MI
Carrier: JACK COOPER TRANSPORT

OnStar still says it in the parking lot in Lansing...so hopefully the tracker is not working and it really is on the way.
