I'm turning 19 in a couple of weeks and this will be my third camaro. I've had a 2010 v6 base model, currently in a 2014 2SS, and I've ordered my 2016 2SS.

44 Here, about to turn 45 in Nov, Been settling for econo-boxes all my life, letting everyone elses wants and needs come first and providing for them.
A friend let me drive his 100th anniversary Challenger last year, and it was like my eyes were finally opened to horsepower, throw in a love for Camaro since high-school and how insanely hot the 5th gen was and the decision was made.
This will be my first Camaro, hell, my first car with over 190HP, so Im over the moon with anticipation and excitement, you have no idea.
Im pretty sure this is the beginning of a mid-life crisis, but so what, I still look, feel and act young.
Best of all, the wife gave the thumbs up to purchasing my "dream car"

Well, I'm the other 70 year old. I'm planning on a 2SS convertible. There was no Camaro in 2005 when I got the G35 so it's time now. I had a Mustang in '66, several sporty cars like MGBs, 280ZX, coupes like Skylark GS and Regal, but never a Camaro. It's past time. Too many family cars/trucks in the interim.

That is about the only thing I agree with this guy on. With all the hightech goodies, lighting, color options, I feel the car is totally geared towards the younger buyers.

You see a lot of middle aged guys driving off-the-lot muscle cars because they are in a stage in their life where they can afford to buy an "impractical" car. Increasing the price tends to increase the age group as well for the same reason.

Now, getting a beater muscle car and spending every penny you have on it has attracted teenagers since their have been muscle cars.

Looking at the numbers in the pole it's 50% between the ages of 30-50. This is precisely where I think the vehicle is targeted.

Though I do agree that the interior lighting is gimmicky and rather pointless - This isn't a Kia Soul. I hope there is an off setting.

Most of the other tech is simply the direction vehicles are going. Look at tesla for example.

I'm 58 and just retired. This black 2SS/NPP/MRC/MX0 is going to be a fantastic retirement vehicle! Could do without the spectrum lighting.
