I used to watch that show but got sick of it because it was always the same old thing. Walks into a sh**hole, sees disgusting things, yells "YOU'RE GOING TO KILL SOMEONE', argues, has heartwarming talk, hugs newly happy owners, leaves.
This however was completely different, and AWESOME!

what it seems like she needs to do, is scrap the whole restaurant idea. just bake cakes and desserts. make it an all online business, so she's not involved with any face to face customers...and make sure people can't leave comments. just bake and sell. lol
