Small Update: I contacted OG Racing about getting the spring rates tested and they referred me over to RRT in Dulles. Will be dropping the springs off with them next week so that they can test the rates. We will finally have some solid spring rate data on the 1LE.

Does anyone know if GM will offer the ZL1 1le's DSSV dampers as an upgrade package similar to the 5th gens Z28 package?

What about the height compare to normal MRC cars. My crew wants to purchase at least three sets but there are not enough info.

If it's like the Gen 5 I don't see why not. They are making it clear that these really aren't streetable. The impression I got is that they are firmer than the last z28.

That was my original question...Fifty will let us know once he installs them. I hope that there won't be a drop or that it will be minor. My area doesn't take well to lowered cars...hell my driveway alone would scrape anything much lower than our stock height.

The prices for the different kits is all over the place in my opinion.http://www.thatgmpartsguy.com/suspension-upgrades/
Just the sway bars for $161
Add just the front end links and it jumps to $419.51
Add the springs and re-calibration and it goes to $1260.00
Full set of rear trailing arms is only $165.00

Not sure what they charge for the re-calibration but it seems you could piece it together less expensively.

I'd bet you don't get the calibration without buying the kit

Heres the kit with the rear trailing arms too:

Are those rear trailing arms the same as the stock SS arms with only their bushings being different?

Not that it is really important.... but I was at OG Racing last year. That is where I bought my Helmet.

Sorry.

Exactly.

BMR arms would be a bigger upgrade and pretty cost effective. I just wanted to keep it all OEM on this car.
