Thanks for the great thread! I feel comfortable in here.
I'll be 61 in a few weeks, and not a bit ashamed of it. I don't think it's so bad seeing a "mature" gentleman driving this bada$$ car, but when they see Granny at the wheel, I do get some looks. One encounter I did enjoy a few weeks ago. I was stopping at an intersection in our tiny town, and a boy and a girl were crossing the street together, probably about 16, and he grins and gives me a big . I had to roll my window down and thank him for that. It really made me feel good. One of my co-workers calls me Hotrod. |

Yes, Hi all! My new baby is my upcoming birthday present to MYSELF! I'll be 50 in March, 2010 and what better way to treat myself! I won't act my age (at least not growed up, whatever that is!), don't worry!
