Thanks for the update.

Rest, relax, enjoy your family. Once you get re-energized, we will await further updates on your beast of a car.

Sorry if you answered this already, but do you plan on upgrading halfshafts and driveshaft soon? 600 to the wheels with those r888's seems like you be pushing it. I definitely wouldn't think about putting slicks or drag radials on until you do with the tq you are putting down lol

I wish you would have done the Procharger first and then the CAM and Heads... I'm really torn on whether doing CAM/HEAD/AFM delete are worth it if you're going to Procharge it anyways??

I'd love to see some Quarter Mile runs out of it Sledge...

Depends what your goals are.

Generally, if you have a cam specced for FI paired with some nasty heads, you're going to make more power with that procharger than you would if you just bolted it onto the stock motor.

A lot of his gain has to do with his cam/headers, they are allowing more air in/out.

It's just like any build, there isn't any one part you bolt on that gives you 1000hp. Each part compliments each other. So look at headers with hypothetical numbers: ballpark purchase and install price around 2500 and you're going to gain maybe 40hp. Well maybe it's not worth it for that cost and that little of a gain. If you couple them with say a CAI now it's 55hp. The headers are performing better and the CAI is performing better than either of them would have done on their own. Each part moves your gains up that much more (so long as they are matched haha)

I am looking into it, but the A8 manages the TRQ pretty damn good. The issues have risen form the M6's form what I have seen. Wheel hop and driver error. The R888's hook pretty good, but another 100rwhp with the e85 might cause a lot of wheel spin... okay, will cause a lot of wheel spin.

I plan to do it with how the car sits. I am told the car should hit in the 10's.. but than again I am driving... so probably 18's.

That is correct, the cam brought in a ton of HP...

I stop on the gas and my 305 mpss just spin like crazy. Your car shot off into hyperspace.

Is it just the difference between mpss and r888, or maybe the more linear power of the PC keeps things in check?!?

All the tires. The car was in comp mode as well. So technically TC was off. But truly at this power level the R888's hook really good.

1st gear, comp mode, and push it to the floor.

I'm glad you introduced the floor to pedal! They will probably be together a lot.

The big question is, once the fuel system is on, how will an extra 100rwhp hook? ... we shall see.
