Take note of the key word "not"...that's what mine says at 1100 status.

I copied and pasted that from the chat log...not retyped. I even asked a follow-up specifically asking if that meant the dealer had received allotment, and the response said that was correct.

Guess I'll try touching base with the dealer again...they have not been good at responding.

Something must have gone awry with your copy-paste. I just entered your order number in chat and got:
"Your order has been submitted by your dealer but has not officially been accepted by GM at this time."

I know, it sucks, I'm in the same boat as you.
