No idea. It would peak at 24, then back to 22.
I would think that is pretty good for 90mph. I mean, this isn't a Camry...

I am queuing up my first trip of 2020. Likely the week before Memorial Day, I will head to Frederick, MD as my base. They'll be a photo of the great old church at the top of South Mountain and on over to Antietam (Sharpsburg). I'll hang out a couple of days at Gettysburg, with old friends. No doubt we'll do a couple of epic battle walks. I may train it, into DC, too. I can always take a day on the National Mall.
For any that may travel the Blue Ridge, take a visit over to Bedford, VA. Stop off at the museum. We all owe "The Bedford Boys" a moment of silence.

I picked up my SS on June 19th and took it to the dragon on the 21st...hitting mile number 300, 400, 500, 600, and 700 that day. Later did a day trip to Little Switzerland NC (the Diamondback 226A-maybe 300 miles round trip) and to Cheraw SC for Track Night at Carolina Motorsports Park (4 hour round trip with 60 minutes of track time in between). Oh and made the 4-hour round trip to Chapel Hill to see UNC play with my 7 year old about a week ago.
I think considering how these cars are oriented they're really not bad to drive on road trips...although they may be a little less fun to be a passenger in for that long. |

We got our 2SS in May, October we took it from central Illinois to Biloxi, La for the Cruise the Coast car cruise. Then over to Pennsacola to visit with old Navy buddies I hadn't seen in 46 years. 2240 miles.
The car is great to travel with, I was pleasantly surprised. |

I rented a 19 ss with the A10 when I was in AZ. We drove from Chandler to the Grand Canyon and back. It was a pleasure. Loved the recaros. We took the scenic route back through the switch backs (route 89). Great drive.

Took a trip in the Z from San Francisco to San Diego. Have always loved the two lane I5 because it gives me the joy of effortlessly overtaking a line of cars after a slow trucker passes another.
Put about 1200 smiles on this trip ![]() |
