Cutting a big hole out of the bottom of your air cleaner box supposedly gives good gains.

Mine was black on black as well, that's good to hear though. That means more people must be interested in it. I would think this ram air would be better than pulling air through carpet? I think that's what the fender liners are made of lol

Better check if the 2020 upper grille is different than 2018 (looks like it is). This unit is made for 2016-2018 and it fits in the upper grille (by the bowtie on a 2016). So fitment might be an issue for your new car.

I did, I didn't want some crazy color behind my grille. I did not like the pics of the colored ones, looks tacky.

The colored ones are cool, but they looked a little too ricey to me, but I only saw them on focus's and stuff

Just finished my install tonight. Prolly spent about 2 hours or so on it, not in a rush. Went in from the top because I really really didn’t want to futz with the bumper. Getting that radiator shroud/top cover off is a pain in the ASS. You also have to unbolt the hood latch and it helped to unbolt the top of one of the bumper braces and rotate it down so you can put the intake in place.

Thanks for the order code! Ordered one and interested to see if I logs show IAT improvement. We know that ram air type systems have been beneficial bringing cooler external air into the intake tract, so I don’t see how it can hurt.
