Don't take this the wrong way, but this makes several times I've seen you say this same thing. So...how big a boy are you?

Yeah, the 6th gen is tighter than the 5th (I had a 5th also) but there should be a similar amount of headroom in the 5th.

The 6th is actually easier to see out the front.

What is the fitment issue, if you don't mind me asking?

I am 6'7" about 270 on a bad day... and this is only car in this class I CAN fit in, comfortably. GT350 was too tight, C7 is actually comical, but the 1LE feels like it was custom built for me.

more curiosity than anything else.

That's 1.9 inches less headroom than Edmunds reports. That's concerning for me as a 6'6 driver. I'm guessing the Chevy number is on sunroof equipped cars.

I definitely have some weight to lose but I wouldn’t consider myself obese.

GM has a way of manipulating the numbers.

Interior dimensions for Corvette C5/C6/C7 are nearly identical , yet physically sitting in them will tell you a much different story

I had a C5 and wanted a C7, but the C7 is much more cramped. I could not get comfortable in one....trust me tried. Hence the Camaro 2SS...

GM and Dodge must have different fan bases, challenger sales have sucked for years ( until recently) and I never hear any challenger fans lamenting about the possibility of it getting cancelled. 6th gen is he best Camaro yet and I doubt it is going anywhere.

Yawn, the Mustang could sell 20X as much, it's still the inferior car in my book. As for the Challenger, they must be giving them away.

Had I bought that Mustang GT, I'd probably have seen the inside of the dealer service department more than I would have liked. Glad I dodged that bullet. Who wants to put up with an engine and tranny you can't depend on?

I got my Camaro in time. If they decide to discontinue it, it would be a shame, but so be it. I'll keep it for as long as possible. Not going to lose any sleep, just enjoy the car.

I think there's a little bit of PTSD from the last cancellation. Subtle, but it's there... at least for many of those who we're hardcore enthusiasts of maybe 3rd and 4th gens.

I’m 6’-4” with a 34” inseam so I’m not all legs. Because of my height, I prefer more of a leaned back seat position. That said, I can wear a helmet without adjusting the seat from my normal position.

No sunroof! It screws up that gorgeous roof anyway.

I tried the C7 when I bought my gen5 ZL1 and again before buying the gen6 2SS. I fit in the C7 but felt shoehorned into it. I soo... badly wanted to daily a C7 coupe but couldn’t get comfortable. Conversely, I find my 2SS to be extremely comfortable and if someone can’t fit comfortably into it, they couldn’t even get into a C7 Vette.

There's no way on God's green earth you can't fit in this car.

You really need to go and adjust the seat

Do these numbers include fleet sales? There is a much larger mustang base in the rental fleet.
