You have to plug your phone into the USB port in the center console and you need to have Waze and Android Auto apps installed on your phone.

I woulda held out for a 1LE. I wanted one badly but couldn't find one local with even close to the options I wanted, so in the end I got the exact car I wanted, but minus the 1LE.

I'm slowly building toward what I want, but it's a process.

Every day I sit in traffic I think "man, I should have gotten the A8", then I remember everything I've read on here.

Exactly what I ended up doing

Thinking completely through "if I knew then what I know now," I would like to add one more thing to my list from an earlier post.

Drive the car a certain way to see if it has the "shudders" and get the dealer to fix it before I took delivery.

Could you please expand on how to test drive for the shudder? Thanks

I wouldn't have fallen for the marketing that the A8 was a fraction faster than a manual and gotten the manual. The A8 has already been a thorn on this beauty.

For me, I've come to realize that a certain amount of (light / maintain speed) throttle pressure on a slight grade of road seems to make it show up more and more on mine. Now that I've been able to reproduce it "on demand," I notice it all the dang time.

I tried to take it in yesterday, but they won't have any loaners until 3/3. So, I'll take it back then (and probably leave it mostly parked, until then).

OP almost always there will be some buyer's remorse. And the companies play right into this improving products, selling you on these "advances", and even dissing the older stuff. We are indoctrinated and trained by society into being faithful buyers even when we can't afford it. This ensures the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. This is how our version of Capitalism works.

The answer is right in this old song title: "Love The One You're With".

All that being said I am currently trying to get the okay for a ZL1.

One of the cars on my list to own since a kid was the Corvette, when I went to try the C7 Z06 low and behold, being 6'6" and 250lbs it was out of the question and despite being sad knew it wasn't meant to be. This got me to sit in the Camaro and I instantly loved the layout and space. I thought long and hard about buying the ZL1 but couldn't justify buying another new car while my fiancé was driving an older compact. Long story short I split my car budget and bought her an SUV and myself the 1LE. No regrets. Time to work towards the next car.

I owned 4 GEN 5'S After I drove the GEN 6 I was hooked. But knowing what I know now I'd have waited another year. I think the 2016 WAS a GM Boner they should have brought the GEN6 out with a Splash 50th ............. Made a Really BIG deal out of it and brought the other things that Came with 2017.... O well I love my 2SS M6 and I'll now wait until 2019 and see the refresh )
