In all three cases it drastically helped the LPFP hang on.
Who's BAP did you use? I'm thinking of tossing one at my build and hopefully getting meth to be icing on the cake instead vital fuel up top.

Can anyone tell me the total height of the new ZL1 in tank pump set up? Curious if it will fit in my custom fuel tank

I'm holding out for a better aftermarket solution. There are plenty of crate LT4s running on aftermarket fuel systems such as these. My inclination would be to either replace the OE pump within the module directly or to simply install an aftermarket assembly independent from the OE - which would remain only for the sender.

See step 18: http://www.superchevy.com/how-to/eng...classic-chevy/

Has anyone looked at the OE module closely enough to determine if the the pump itself could be directly replaced somehow?

It seems the other options are to slap on multiple band-aids and points of potential failure for marginal improvement. Wouldn't a voltage booster be as likely to fail and cause catastrophic engine damage as a meth system? Or an overdriven pump?

I have a zl1 pump in route. When I pull my factory basket out I plan to look at options to upgrade the pump itself. My denali is running a walbro 450 I was able to fit in the factory basket and it supports a ton of power. I have a tvs2300 running as much as 12psi and flow never drops under 50. Zl1 pump is due next week and I'll get into swapping it and post my findings.

Seems like a sketchy build.Anyone who attempts to use the tiny heat exchanger they tried at first is lacking knowledge about superchargers. I not convinced that fuel pump is up to the task either . I don't think it can put out the 72 psi needed nor is it returnless. ....maybe. I 'll know more when I get my hands on the Chevy crate engine instructions.

Yes that HE was good for a chuckle for sure. Please post the instructions when you get them.

Assuming here you mean the depth it goes into the tank? From the bottom of the mounting flange to the bottom of the pump assembly is 8-3/4".

Just curious. Will a 6th Gen ZL1 fuel pump work in a 2010?

Trying to find a drop in solution for my E85 HCI combo...
