Balancer bolt was a little bit of a pain. We used a a 4 ft ish breaker bar and it didnt want to budge. haha Procharger lists the bolt as a 24mm but I PROMISE you its a 15/16. As soon as I stuck the 24mm on it and felt the slack i knew it wouldn't work.

Yeah the oil drain was a 90 degree. It really was a fun install just took a while. We finished around 2am. I drove it to the gas station immediately after we check everything out. The first person I ran into asked me what kind of racket my car was making. I just smiled and said I don't know what that noise is better get it checked out. haha

Did you try an impact wrench first by any chance? Trying to decide if I want to do this myself.

I hear that quiets down after a bit of time. Did you get the helical gear?

I couldn't try an impact because with the fan and radiator still in my impact wouldn't fit. & No i just went with the straight cut gears. But, it has quietened down considerably in the 350ish miles I've put on it. It does chatter a little at idle and low RPMs, but after about 1500-1700 rpm it loses all chatter. But that's normal with the straight cut gears.

Good to know. I was wondering if a impact wrench would fit in there. Thanks for the info.

I fit an impact wrench in there but it wouldn't remove the bolt. I heated the bolt head with a torch and it came right off.
