Man, I'm glad I was the first to put my name on the list last year. For a about 3 months I was the only guy waiting for one. Last I checked in May, it was 6 people and I can only imagine it'll be more now. Yeah, some people are gonna be disappointed that they may have to wait for an '18.
Not for me. If the deal falls through I get my money. I would never agree to anything else. It's on my paperwork.

By the way if the order is placed eventually it should get accepted. It could be a while but hopping from one dealer to the next seems foolish since there are probably others who have expressed interest as well. Make a decision and see it through. The only thing standing in the way of that would be allocation which should abate at some point. Can't drive the car here in February anyway.

Perhaps there is a difference between building excitement around the car and at the same time torturing people. Don't get me wrong I've waited this long I'm not walking away but the scales have tipped. In March when I went to NYIAS it was all good. 3 months later it has become a process. God help me if it becomes a chore. The good news is all of that will eventually melt away when I hit the start button for the first time. Time heals all wounds. I need a ZL1 bandaid.
I'm definitely never satisfied, hence the screen name. I'm keeping my 2016 1SS and am waiting to add a ZL1 to my garage. The wait is killing me!
