The point of view seems a little shifted, but I don't think that would make the front end look that much different.

Looks bucktoothed.

The more I see of the car, the less excited I become.

Yeah, something is up with this new pic.
The overbite, and the hood looks much longer.

Was the picture in motion from the video? Maybe it's distorting the image.

It's possible I guess. That's why we need more info. The front end doesn't look distorted to me it just looks artificially elongated. If you compare the lighting patterns they are the same so this video was probably just showing the pic we've already seen as a screenshot. All the cars are in exactly the same position. It looks like someone is using the fact that this pic looks part of a video as a way to pass it off as something new. I don't think it is.

I agree. Compare the length and slope of the hood and there is a very big difference. Something is up. Regardless, GM seriously needs to reveal the damn car and be done with it.

The photo is definitely lightened up, you can see the greenhouses on some of the cars, and more detail of the Cruze/Malibu front fascias. And from what I remember before the photos were taken down, that's pretty close to what Malibu should look like.

I don't know. It's weird. It does look like something GM would broadcast to dealers and the fact that it's making the rounds today, when GM released sales figures for last month could make it credible.

Did I post that? Nope - never said that the sloped back was never on a Camaro.

I did post that the shape looks like the 2015 Mustang shape from that picture.

the old image we have, well that looks much different than this one.
Its either photoshopped, or maybe the switched the Camaro to a different model?

The image we've seen at the shows seem to be more of a HiPo version where this new image looks similar to "SS" variant prototypes we've been seeming

Malibu release confirmed for NY Autoshow w/ camaro silhouette pics

Just got a video from Chevy showing the ending plans of this quarter. It showed the same 5 in 15 pic including the Camaro. I wonder if they will still release the two together but I doubt it! Look to after the NY Autoshow for a separate release!
